LBS Builders Merchants only just missed out in the grand finals of the Builders Merchants National Industry Awards for Excellence, with the awards ceremony held in London on the 16th Nov. Up against national competitors from all over the UK LBS Builders Merchants came runners up in the categories for Best Customer Service and Best Marketing Initiatives by a Builders Merchants.

Customers benefit from instant proof of delivery and reduced admin. It can be filed electronically and can be sent and resent if required. The Pad also helps in LBS’s carbon footprint bringing environmental savings by reducing the amount of paper being used.
The company’s Marketing Award came from the success of their Kitchens & Bathrooms business with the development of Middleton Kitchens & Bathrooms. With its own branding and corporate image combined with 4 newly designed showrooms the Middleton proposition is very distinct and stand alone from the main LBS mixed merchant business. .jpg)
