LBS STAFF ‘TRAINING AWARDS’ - 16 July 2008
LBS are committed to continually training their staff in all areas of the business, and we pride ourselves on our Customer Service and the product knowledge that our staff offer to you our customers, in all our branches.
We recently congratulated some of our staff who have completed Builders Merchants Federation MOL Apprenticeship modules, and also new staff who have just started their training.
Matthew O’Sullivan, Ystradgynlais branch, Jason Baxter, Carmarthen Branch, and Adrian Tucker, Llanelli branch, have all achieved NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeships varying in content from Distribution, Warehousing and Storage to Customer Service Levels.
In all cases, over the last few years, these staff, have been steadily progressing their way through the business, and their hard work and commitment is recognised in these Apprenticeships which is as a result of 2 years work.
